Voluntary Participation: Your participation as a volunteer at the Downtown Mpls Street Art Festival is voluntary and at your own risk. You understand that you will not receive any monetary compensation for your volunteer services.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participating in the festival may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, exposure to outdoor elements, and the unpredictable behavior of attendees. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your volunteer activities and agree to release and hold harmless the Downtown Mpls Street Art Festival organizers and its affiliates from any liability arising from such risks.
Health and Safety: You confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of performing the volunteer duties assigned to you. You agree to follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols provided by the festival organizers and to promptly report any concerns or accidents to the designated contact person.
Use of Likeness: You grant the Downtown Mpls Street Art Festival organizers and its affiliates the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event that may feature your likeness for promotional purposes, without compensation or further consent.
Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared with you during your volunteer activities, including but not limited to artist or attendee information, organizational processes, or trade secrets.
Data Privacy: You understand and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as necessary for the administration of your volunteer participation. The Downtown Mpls Street Art Festival organizers will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Release and Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and discharge the Downtown Mpls Street Art Festival organizers and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your volunteer participation.
